The Comec FSV120 Seat and guide machine is specially designed for cylinder heads of trucks. The perfect end results are due to the extreme ease of use and the all over working precision of the machine.
Comec FSV120 Seat and guide machine
The movable head can be moved very lightly through the air cushion over which it moves. This allows the head to be positioned very quickly and accurately to place the pilot in the valve guide.
The fixed pilot, in combination with the tool head on a spherical adapter, guarantees fast and correct alignment and centering. Thanks to the fast front wheel and the fine micrometric adjustment knob, these ensure a perfect tool speed.
Tool vibrations are prevented by the rigid structure of the 360° rotating armature. This results in a high quality finish. Mounting and securing the cylinder head can be very simple and quick. The adjustment is made by the micrometric adjustment handwheel with digital readout.
Various handy accessories, such as the vacuum tester, a bright LED machine light, tool holder and the storage drawer are part of the standard equipment.
